My favorite thing to eat/drink this summer are smoothies! I drink them often since they are both super yummy and healthy! On the Faster Way to Fat Loss program there are many options to fit them into your eating plan. Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Resets are all options for getting healthy with Smoothies!

In my effort to get stronger and healthier I have eliminated gluten, dairy and sugar from my diet. These favorite recipes have replaced my sugar laden Smoothie King habit and they are delicious!

Strawberry Almond Smoothie

Faster Way to Fat Loss Strawberry Almond Smoothie
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup Vega vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 1/4 unsweetened almond milk

Add all ingredients to your Nutribullet and blend until smooth.

Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon all natural almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/2 serving Vega vanilla protein powder
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to your Nutribullet and blend until smooth.

Raspberry Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

Cucumber Kale Snack Smoothie

Faster Way to Fat Loss Snack Reset Smoothie
  • 1 cup green tea, chilled
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 avacado

Add all ingredients to your Nutribullet and blend until smooth.

Blueberry Mango Dinner Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Add all ingredients to your Nutribullet and blend until smooth.

Mango Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup banana
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 1 1/4 unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 serving Vega vanilla protein powder

Add all ingredients to your Nutribullet and blend until smooth.

Chocolate Smoothie

Faster Way to Fat Loss Chocolate Smoothie
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 frozen avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup Vega chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon all natural peanut or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk, full fat

Add all ingredients to your Nutribullet and blend until smooth.

Raspberry Avocado Smoothie

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup Vega chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Add all ingredients to your Nutribullet and blend until smooth.

Green Smoothie

  • 2 cups kale
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Vega vanilla protein powder
