The spring season always feels like the perfect time to gather, whether it’s a relaxed weekend brunch or something a little more special with friends and family. Everything feels a bit lighter, easier, and honestly… a good excuse to set a pretty table.
Lately, I’ve been leaning into simple, crowd-pleasing recipes that don’t require a lot of last-minute work but still feel thoughtful and put together when guests come to stay.
I pulled together a little collection of my favorite go-to ideas here:
Easy Brunch Recipes for a Crowd
(think effortless dishes you can actually enjoy serving)
These are the kinds of recipes that work just as well for a casual Sunday as they do for hosting something a little more special.
A few favorites you might want to try:
- Hot Brown Casserole (a Kentucky classic and always a hit)
- Bacon Spinach Quiche
- Bisquick Strawberry Shortcake
- A simple mimosa for the finishing touch
They’re simple, reliable, and perfect for mixing and matching depending on what you have on hand.
We’ll be heading to Keeneland over the next few weekends, one of my favorite spring traditions, and I shared a new post on how to enjoy a day there like a local. From what to wear to where to sit (and, of course, what to eat and drink), it’s everything I’ve learned over the years.
