Creamy Whipped Feta Dip
If there’s one recipe that has become a staple in my kitchen this summer, it’s this Creamy Whipped Feta. It’s rich, tangy, incredibly smooth, and takes just five minutes to make.
The best part? It transforms simple farmers market vegetables into something that feels restaurant-worthy.
I’ve been spreading it on platters and topping it with fresh heirloom tomatoes, basil, a drizzle of olive oil, and a little balsamic glaze for an easy appetizer or light lunch. It’s also delicious served alongside cucumbers, roasted vegetables, grilled chicken, warm pita, or crackers.
Whether you’re entertaining friends or simply trying to make the most of your weekly CSA box, this is one recipe you’ll find yourself making again and again.

Tips for the Best Whipped Feta
- Use block feta packed in brine for the creamiest texture and best flavor.
- Plain Greek yogurt adds protein and creates an extra-smooth consistency.
- Let the dip sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
- It keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, making it perfect for meal prep.
A Summer Entertaining Favorite
One of my favorite things about shopping at the farmers market is finding simple ways to let fresh produce shine. This whipped feta has become my go-to recipe because it turns fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and herbs into an appetizer that looks impressive but couldn’t be easier to make.
If you’re bringing home fresh vegetables from your garden or CSA each week, this is one recipe you’ll want to keep on repeat all season long.
