This delicious and healthy acai bowl is one of my favorite summer breakfasts! It is super yummy, easy and fast! I have loved my Georgia Peaches added to this bowl as well. This variation from the recipe provided by Faster Way to Fat Loss is super simple to put together and I make sure I make it at least once a week!
Acai Bowl Recipe
Here’s the ingredients:
- 2-3 Tablespoons granola
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 handful fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 teaspoons flaxseed
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons acai powder
- 2/3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- Toppings: blueberries, kiwi, peach slices, 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
Here’s how to make it:
Place banana, frozen berries, spinach, almond milk, ground flax seed, chia seeds, acai powder, protein powder and cinnamon into a blender or Nutribullet. Blend until smooth.
Arrange thinly sliced peaches and berries on top. Finally, sprinkle granola and hemp seeds over. You’ll want to make this delicious and healthy acai bowl over and over as one of your favorite summer breakfasts, too! Enjoy!
